Single-family residence fix & flip investment in New Haven.

Purchase price: $114,000
Cash invested: $24,000
Sale price: $204,000

House hacked a single-family home with my New wife. We bought a 2-year vacant cape in the heart of Yale University New Haven we lived in it for exactly 2 years( to avoid cap gains) and struck gold. This house was a disaster and we turned it into a gem that a new young couple is still loving to this day!
