Our user base has had lots of great suggestions and tips - our #1 goal is for the software to save time and hassle, so the work flow suggestion is a good one and one I will keep in mind as we develop and implement new features.

Their software and process is really dummyed down and doesn't handle any exceptions to the workflow.

What the workflow is like.  

In fact, with recent enhancements to the Podio/ Globiflow integration, we are now able to deploy super powerful workflows along with the template.

This has been an eye opener and i am looking forward to trying to apply some of these to my every day work flow!

I'm looking do set up a workflow system for maintenance possibly using a Virtual Assistant or call center.
