Using Podio for Property Management

Hey everyone,

I've recently began using Podio to support  the management of some multifamily property. Things are going pretty well, but I am about to attempt to transition some commercial properties over to it too.

I was wondering if anyone else has had some great successes or failures using Podio for similar uses. I know many people use it for tracking leads, marketing campaigns, etc and was wondering if anyone has had any experience using it for the actual management of commercial property.

Another aspect of Podio as a management suite that I'm interested in, is it's potential to link up with QuickBooks. Has anyone explored those capabilities? Are they worth it? Effective? Ineffective?

Look forward to hearing from you!

-Brad

Hi All,

I apologize for the delay! I've been spending the last 6 months tweaking and enhancing the Podio for Property Mgmt template. In fact, with recent enhancements to the Podio/ Globiflow integration, we are now able to deploy super powerful workflows along with the template. This includes automated SMS texting to our tenants, broadcast emails, RightSignature, etc.

We are recording the training videos now.

Thanks for all the interest!
