With the tech I am using (a lesser known PMS) I am able to automatically screen guests, get their selfies, write leases, and collect deposits in my work flow even for Airbnb guests.

So far, I’ve worked on automating things like tracking expenses, sending out emails, and setting reminders for important deadlines.I’m wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for tasks I should look into automating to save time and streamline my workflow?

Also once you get the workflow established, when you move out and need a property manager, you can hire anyone and plug them into your workflow easily. 

I use a custom setup in Notion to manage my lending workflow and am building a mirror setup for notes, and am also in the process of testing Pipedrive as a CRM.

I prefer peace of mind and a smooth workflow.
