On both units, I've installed sediment filters, industrial strength water softeners (not the cheapo ones from Home Depot), and reverse osmosis systems.

I also like the larger complexes because you can control the whole look and feel of the development versus the smaller buildings you are usually dealing with other owners around you who might be affecting the performance of your property in a negative way and you have no control over what they do.There is not as much financing for these types of units as most lenders consider it small potatoes and would rather do larger loans and less volume.

It is what it is, whatever small potato we have to say is not going to change, we just ride the wave so to speak, but having a good look-ahead might trigger us to buy and hold something.
