Need Thoughts about this....Possible deal
Owner contacted me need to sell their home,
1- owes $275,000
2- behind 4 months in payments @ $2200.00 each
3- 2/1 newly remodeled
4- lot size 11,000 sq ft
5- Long Island, NY
6- unfinished basement
I checked comps on [Cyberhomes.com] listed @ $269K
Not sure if I can help this person.
I thought S/S would have been an option until they told me, it was newly remodeled. Maybe a Sub-2?????
They are trying to avoid foreclosure.
I'll await your suggestions...
Thanks
Gratefully,
