I suppose it depends on how the borrower acted in the foreclosure.I'm so used to borrowers doing everything they can to avoid foreclosure that I get jaded sometimes.

To answer your question, the problem is buyers are inundated with guys and gals claiming to be wholesalers who don't have the ability to get deals, and they have become jaded.
