Hello BP community! My name is John Hooven and I plan on investing in the Evans/Augusta areas. Currently live in Athens, GA for school (GO DAWGS!), and work for an investor there currently, and also worked for my apartment complex as a community assistant. I've been actively learning since 2013 when I went to Gary Johnston's Principles of Financial Freedom class (highly recommend). 

My investing goals are pretty straightforward: 1) generate some cash through flips before (maybe) going back to law school in Fall 2017; 2) generate a portfolio of buy and hold for passive income; 3) long term I would like to get into a little bit of lending to generate passive income. Ideally, this would all be done through a SD Roth, HSA, or 401k for long term wealth and in my personal portfolio for income.
