Rental Income and security deposit account
What is the best way to set up rental income and security deposit account? I need to transfer rent money into my personal account as well to pay bills. Should I use the same bank or a different bank?. I just don't want the accounts to be mixed up if I used the same bank. Basically I need a place where it is easy to do accounting when tax season is here.
I only have one rental .
I am a new property manager! Thanks in advance for any help .
