The second lien filed foreclosure in 2016 (out here in the islands, the mainland banks can take 5, 10 and even 15 years to foreclose; we have heard through the coconut wireless that they basically never even paid towards the second lien).

Last October, we discovered that they had disabled and destroyed the brand new wireless interconnected smoke detectors we had installed in their unit within a multifamily, without, of course, informing us that there was any problem with the smoke detectors.

For most of my skiptracing in San Antonio I use a website called truepeoplesearch.com Not 100% accurate but it does at least tell you which numbers are wireless, as most landlines are out of service.If you go this route I'd suggest entering the address of the owner and then clicking on the matching name, especially helpful if the homeowner has a common name.
