For most of my skiptracing in San Antonio I use a website called truepeoplesearch.com Not 100% accurate but it does at least tell you which numbers are wireless, as most landlines are out of service.If you go this route I'd suggest entering the address of the owner and then clicking on the matching name, especially helpful if the homeowner has a common name.
