Smart Home Features

I read an article about how buyers love smart thermostats, doorbells, etc...

I’m wondering if adding some of those will make the property easier/faster to rent. I have a turnover coming up and a ring doorbell costs $100 and installs in 5 min.

Worth it?

@Max T.

My opinion is, the less moving parts, the less technology equals less service calls. Hell, I don't even use programmable thermostats because tenants can't use them without calling me. Unless you are in an area where comparables offer those things, rentals should follow the KISS principle.
