@Ilona KovacsHi Ilona, as others have said Kissimmee is very dependent on the Orlando theme parks and attractions; so a lot of the multifamily houses employees of Disney, Sea World, etc.

Kissimmee FL, is near Disney and the rest of the theme park attractions.

We want to theme it according to the many outdoor activities in our area.

Orlando has the theme-park and convention tourism, Miami has the Latin vibe, the West Coast and the Space Coast have great (but very different from each other) beaches.

Largest employer is the Med Center, second largest is Hersheypark, and third largest is The Hershey Company. 

I'm hearing the same theme.
