I'm thinking about buying a plot of land in and around Killington Vermont ski area (or perhaps another ski area in Vermont) and building a new home there, in hopes of doing short term rentals. Does anyone know the process, getting permits, costs associated etc. Curious to know if anyone has done this and what are the pro's and con's.
