From Boston to Miami or Orlando

So I am coming out from the Boston market looking to invest in multi fams or condos in either Orlando or Miami. I will be a first-time buyer and would like to know which market is best suited for growth and income potential. I would stay in Boston. However, it's sold out. Any advice would be much appreciated.
