It's my opinion that the greatest opportunity in Denver lies in the Southwest quadrant of the City.

You should be able to find cash flowing properties in Southwest Florida too like St.

I am looking at investing in land in the Southwest Virginia area.

I live in southwest Florida and am working with a few clients specifically looking for air bnb's/ short term rentals.

But southwest closer to I35 and 410 seems to have some good properties.

For STR I would only invest in gulf access homes in the southwest or yacht club area to have better occupancy rates. 

Southwest, American, Delta, and United all fly here.

Parts of Spring Valley, Hender-tucky (Henderson), and parts of North Las Vegas all come to mind as areas that a new investor could still break into, but competition has also been fierce.As far as ‘pre-recession highs’, I see the market still about 25%-30% or so below the peaks in my area (Southwest) but with far far better market conditions than back then.
