South west San Antonio

Hello folks, I’m buying a first time rental property, trying to get a cash flow positive property in SA under 250k range. My analysis tells me that north west is a good deal to find renters in SA. But southwest closer to I35 and 410 seems to have some good properties. Can someone shed more light on this area/south west SA ? Is the vacancy rate high?

Hey Deepak that's a great area to invest. Should get rented pretty quickly unless your priced too high.
