Cash flowing areas in Florida?

You should be able to find cash flowing properties in Southwest Florida too like St. Pete, Tampa, Venice.  @Patrick Fraher the old Florida fishing villages may do alright as a STR, but their annual rents would be fairly low generally speaking.
