Hi Roman
Good time to scoop up single family homes in Cape Coral that’s  one of the areas in  SWFL right now that has the most inventory. Better time to negotiate so great if you plan to hold for a long term rental.  For STR I would only invest in gulf access homes in the southwest or yacht club area to have better occupancy rates.
