Focus on effective, not creative or innovative.

I don't think I'm nearly as qualified as many investors on this site, however I do know that most products I've come in contact with lately are nothing new or innovative, concepts that I have been studiying for years and most don't give you the full story..

If you thrive on innovation, they put your mind to work.

It's a conversational approach that illuminates what's truly important to the other party and allows you to innovate mutually agreeable options.

In nov. of last year joined BP to improve my RE iq these are the type of discussions that allow multiple perspectives from seasoned pro's and newbies a like...I'm always up to learn.  

I know several VCs in Palo Alto who are now happy to invest across the country, because they recognize that some very smart and innovative people would rather live someplace other than the Bay Area (which I don't really understand :).  

I'm also having a big RE networking event at SFSU in Nov this year where I'll have out of state investor speakers/vendors from different markets.. 

Can you make it up here in Nov?
