Not so new BP member from Santa Clara, CA

Hi everyone! 

My name is Cindy and I've signed up to be a BP member for a few months now. I didn't formally introduce myself until now... I have not been active on the forum before and just getting out of my comfort zone.

I am a real estate investor/buy-and-hold property owner for about 5 years now, and my total RE experience has been about 10 years. When the RE took a down turn in 2007, something clicked in my head and I discovered that I really enjoy taking on the challenge to turn a little something into something a lot more!

BP forum/discussion has a wealth of knowledge and I thank BP and all the members for sharing their wisdom and experience.
