@Kyle H.Rot, Termites, and according to codes If you disturb more than 25% (I may be off on this #) of any "system" then you have to bring the entire system up to code.

I have Sect 8 tenants in Cleveland and in Oakland and it's usually the boyfriend moving in with the girlfriend that has the voucher.......people almost "expect" this to happen......and a lot of times it can be overlooked if everyone living there acts accordingly and doesn't disturb the neighbors, etc.

Ask for 60 days' notice, and them to keep it in good shape for showings and allow showings (which you can group to minimize disturbance).

However, crimes against people like robbery, assault, domestic disturbance etc will always take priority over drug selling calls so if your area has a high volume of calls for those type of crimes then the phone tree might not work.

Letting them direct deposit or using an online service.Now the last two months the 1st fell on a weekend so there were some issues seeing it delivered on the 3rd but in general I have been pushing this point but was that delay I didn't get to disturbed about.
