key to my teams was they were male female with the female the MUCH smarter and better closer than the male.. this diffused the front door situation.. when we were in Timber and driving up driveways in the boonies with 3 pit bulls  no trespassing or your will get shot etc etc..

Most the "guys" (at the time, a female aero engineer was rare) were 20 yrs older and were some the early employees at Douglas Aircraft in El Segundo, CA.

Similar to that of Irvine, Johns Creek's Asians households have exploded in the last 7 years.

They are not employees, You can not ignore child labour laws, it is illegal except in some Asian and other third world countries without labour laws.
