I am in a high end residential area and fear that when I do get started, many of these people won't take me serious in making deals because they don't think I am serious.I heard a lot of debate about becoming licence or not as an investor.

I have made several deals work out because I had my licence.1. you can pull your own comps.2. you can get referral on listings.3. you open the door to start doing shorsales if you are doorknocking foreclosures. The way I look at it both of those prices are in the shortest of supply in the city if she is wanting retail and won't accept an owner finance you can still get a 3% commission on the sales price. If the houses need repair but she is being a little unreasonable in her asking prices then this was the deals are still under your control. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

Hello,I've got my salesperson licence about little more than 2 yr ago,Business has been good and I am almost have the 3500 points for me to take the broker test, I don't mind staying with current brokerage since the principle broker here is really knowledgeable and still have a lot to learn from him.So I was thinking about applying for Associate Broker, then maybe down the road start individual brokerage, are there any requirements or tests that I additionally need to take to become individual broker or llc broker later, from associate once I get it?

Last week a year later to the date we get a call from the same company that we must pay a 547.00 fee per each LLC in order to continue operating. (350 per business licence and 197 for registered agent), which seems ridiculous being that in Florida the cost we have been told we need to pay is 138.00.
