Good morning to all BP members. I've been hooked to BP for a couple of months and love all the books and podcast, plus all the good people and info. I started my investing journey about a year ago and for better or worse did it through one of the guru companies. Our first step was to incorporate a bunch of LLC's through an affiliate company lf theirs called NCH. (We are three partners and were instructed to create a personal LLC for each plus two main LLCs, one for leasing and one for flipping. Plus all the partnership and buy sell agreements that come with all of them). It seemed like a good idea at the time to have all our future assets protected and a corporate veil that came with encorporating with their company in another state. But now for the real reason I made this post. Last week a year later to the date we get a call from the same company that we must pay a 547.00 fee per each LLC in order to continue operating. (350 per business licence and 197 for registered agent), which seems ridiculous being that in Florida the cost we have been told we need to pay is 138.00. I was wondering if there is a lawyer available that will help us solve this issue. If we need all these LLC's or if we can just leave a main one and operate under that one and transfer it to Florida?
