Are there requirements or process for changing type of broker?
Hello,
I've got my salesperson licence about little more than 2 yr ago,
Business has been good and I am almost have the 3500 points for me to take the broker test,
I don't mind staying with current brokerage since the principle broker here is really knowledgeable and still have a lot to learn from him.
So I was thinking about applying for Associate Broker, then maybe down the road start individual brokerage, are there any requirements or tests that I additionally need to take to become individual broker or llc broker later, from associate once I get it?
