Don't let this jade your attitude towards tenants - I'm sure you have come across plenty of tenants that are on the positive side of the spectrum.

The seller has been somewhat jaded because he has been trying to unload this property for over 2 yrs starting at $1.5m then finally going down to $1.15m.

All I can say is that I'm sceptical by nature, and the nature of this business and the time I've devoted to my craft has maybe made me a bit jaded.
