Motor home values drop like a rock , they are high maintenance .  

North of the river look to Norwood, Westwood, Pleasant Ridge, Kennedy Heights, Golf Manor, Mount Washington, Northside...Best is to just start driving around and look at what is on the MLS.  

You may be able to do that cheaper than a bunch of surface mount trades.

As an example… we had an AC fan motor go out.  

When you sign up with Mount, they cover you under a pretty good insurance policy that is based around amenities.

They have replaced running capacitors, Motors, and replaced and or cleaned drip pans without any issue.

The price point is quite a bit lower and the white mountains attract visitors pretty much all year long with all the hiking trails in the franconia notch and mount Washington.

Currently looking at Bronx, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon etc. 

As regards the SAFE Act and MH's being included in it, I had read that in some states MH classified as motor vehicles and not residences/real property?
