Best neighborhoods in Cincinnati for investors

Just moved to Northern Kentucky (Florence) a few months ago so I am not too familiar with the Cincinnati area. I am looking to invest in a few houses in the Cincinnati area and wondering what are some neighborhoods that would be good to invest in.
