You could always use those to prove they were smoking up; with that proof you can either move to evict or simply hold security and at least have some sort of proof.If you install a marijuana smoke detector I wouldn't even tell them what it is (aside from a smoke detector) as they might try and disable it.

Yes Brian, he is the same guy that owns park tree investments. he has some courses about note buying on line and some blogs but he suddenly fell of the sky, no more selling courses, no more selling notes through park investments and simply no more blogs. every thing on line goes back to June or august of 2009.

You could take them to small claims court, but even if you win, you're unlikely to see the money and will have spent a lot of time dealing with it.

They simply did a desk appraisal, whereas a couple other lenders either wouldn't do that or made me pay for a horrendously bad appraiser.

If so you would be dropping $500-$1000 for every property that is in the mix which then figure out what your win rate is and it could be expensive.
