Market appreciation is simply beyond imagination.There is always better to invest in local market and high Cap rate market... i recommend you to concentrate in Cleveland market as you are just starting and Ohio market is great from ROI perspective.

You should still consider that if you are in position to take advantage of cash deals in the $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 range then that is the area you should be concentrating on if you want total control of a deal for yourself.
