Which course should I start first?

I am confused on whether I should first read The Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI; or do the Beginner's Introduction to REI video course. Which should I start with?

Thanks!

They are both good. What area do you want to focus on? I would also pick up a couple books concentrated on the area you are most interested in. Buy and hold. Flipping. Working as an agent. Rehabbing. HML. There are many avenues and as you get involved your focus may change over time. In 2012 I started doing HML. Due to being offered a deal, I ended up buying my first buy and hold. Now I work both aspects and love every minute of it. I will probably never be a flipper or rehabber with the exception of doing a rehab on my buy and holds that need work. It's all good! Develop a goal and then a strategy to accomplish it.
