I am starting out in the rental real estate investment space and considering Section 8 rentals - not necessarily limited to any specific city (would appreciate suggestions).

On top of that, lenders in this space usually have a minimum loan amount requirement of $500k or more.

You will likely run into some agents that will claim it is illegal but they're just likely uneducated about the space and have a bad stigma about wholesalers.
