Charter Financial note business?

Hello,

I am gaining interest in the note buying business and just wondering has anyone here ever heard of Charter Financial by Leland von Syring. If so, have you tried the course and gotten any results. I searched the forum but surprised that I couldn't find not one mention of it. I did purchase the course about a year ago but quite honestly it's just been sitting around collecting dust because I really didn't want to invest my time and energy into something like this that I wasn't 100% confident about. So I'd really like to hear if some members here have tried the course and made some money. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hey Richard welcome to the note buying community. Personally I have never heard of them. I have only been in this space for about a year. If you haven't been able to find a conversation on Bigger Pockets about them, I would be careful and do some extra due diligence. Most of the well know people in the note business are on Bigger Pockets. I have been helped the most with 'We Close Notes' with Scott Carson. He has a variety of training programs you can take.
