Hi everyone!

I am starting out in the rental real estate investment space and considering Section 8 rentals - not necessarily limited to any specific city (would appreciate suggestions). I am interested in hearing about any experiences (both negative and positive) you have had regarding Section 8 rentals before proceeding down this route!
