Just heard of Ignite funding and wanted to invest my 401k. Anyone else had past experience with them? I'd like to hear more.

I have/am invested monies with them just had 1 note pay off been with them since March ....hey so far so good. 1st position "fractional" trust deed investing although they will allow you to buy the entire note if you have the $ and wish to do so ...almost no one does in order to remain diversified.

Short term investing were talking 6mos -12 mos could be slightly short or somewhat longer lets say 18mos tops.

Pretty Straight forward once your on the note the cash flow comes in every month like clock work.

usually takes two weeks to a month to close on an offer then ofcourse you wait another month for the first the interest only check

Here is a snap shot of a few notes I partially have invested in ....Dimple dell has just paid off so the "Capital" amounts you see is my return of Principle

I am in Another note that I wont actually get paid on til the 1st week of Nov (Not Shown)
