I've bought and sold single family homes and rentals so I'm not a stranger to the process.

Throughout the day I try to strike up a conversation with at  least 3 strangers, this is easier to me because I do work in a sales base job. 

It would most likely be strangers living with me and I normally wouldn't mind, but not with my girlfriend living with me too.

Then as we find deals, we'll form LLCs as needed.I'm always happy to grab lunch with strangers, so if you're interested in chatting, feel free to ping me.If anyone have recommendations for CPAs and attorneys for someone just starting out (I'm not afraid to switch later as our needs change), I'd love some recommendations.

renting to a friend is a more comfortable option than renting to a stranger, but there is also a downside to mixing business with friendship. make sure whoever you pick wont play the friends card and ask you to bend rules or pay late etc. also, do not do it without a lease, and i suggest only offering month to month

Doing so means you're asking a stranger to pay your house bill for you.  

But you have to really like it, enjoy having strangers around, if it is your home too, and enjoy hosting for people.
