Bigger Pockets Family,

Good evening, in the interest of building cash flow would you recommend living with a friend and collecting rent off the friend? I want to buy a duplex that cost $1900 a month to operate, put a tenant in the bottom unit and then live with a friend on the top unit. I'd charge the bottom unit $1500 and the friend $600. Do you foresee any problems with living with/making money off a friend? Do a treat them like a tenant from a business perspective or something different? All thoughts and experiences are welcome. Thanks!
