As Nathan notes, there are lots of people in YouTube and podcasts selling masterminds on how to do just that (I am a believer in the statement: those that can, do; those that can't; teach, especially for those that are clearly capitalistic in nature).  

If you're interested in surrounding yourself with other like-minded people, I'd recommend some sort of coaching/mastermind group with an education component.

We utilized social media to learn and find people that add value, which led us to a mastermind that fits our business goals.

Is there a better forum or mastermind to get in that would direct me to someone. 

The most successful people I know have invested in themselves in education, masterminds, mentorships.
