STR Co-Hosting Newcomer USA & Europe
Hi BP Community!
I am excited to embark on the journey that is Co-Hosting and looking for some advice :)
Like I stated on the title above, I am a newcomer to the business, however, I am not new to the STR world as I have "as a hobby" booked, arranged, hosted, many stays for family and friends, and have interacted with some hosts and picked their brain about how the business works. I have worked in management, but not in hospitality management. I have a great interest in this industry and I am ready to turn my hobby into a profession. However, I have no credentials or professional background in this area. With that being said, I would like some advice on how someone with no professional background can find clients & where to start.
Also, I should mention that the areas I am focusing on are Los Angeles, California; Houston, Texas; and Lisbon, Portugal.
I would love to hear some of yalls feedback!
Thank you!
