What to expect from Mentor?

Good morning.

I wanted to look into getting involved with a mentor when it comes to short-term rentals in FL, but my question is what should I expect from the mentors if I work with them. Business is new to me and it's scary but I want to make sure I get the best advice as possible. Thank you.

@Jose Moya

Before you get a mentor you need to get some education on your own. I recommend taking a few months watching videos online and reading posts

Keep a diary / journal and write your questions in it. Some you may end up answering then when it comes time for a mentor you will have some experience

With that being said, finding a good mentor is very difficult. Why? Because those who are really good at real estate do not have time to mentor someone as it’s not profitable compared to owning real estate and it’s not best use of time

That is why gurus get a bad rap, because they sell programs to make the $ they don’t make in real estate
