Looking to start a small mastermind/accountability group in RI

Rookie investor here in Rhode Island.. Hoping to find a handful of investors of all experience levels to create an accountability group/mastermind.

My personal goal is to close on a property before end of year and acquire at least one property every quarter in 2023. I know what I NEED to do, but just want to share my journey with other like-minded investors and be able to bounce ideas, questions, problems off of them.
