There are a lot of buyers looking for flips, multifamily, everything really.I think, for a person to be successful here, they must focus on one segment or a couple and become experts in those.

This quarter maybe Farmers wants more single level homes, maybe next quarter State Farm prices >2500 sq foot homes really well, maybe someone else just got spanked by a lot of fire claims and is pricing policies for homes in higher risk fire areas very poorly b/c they feel they are over-expose to that risk segment, etc.

I see deal after deal (in multiple market segments) get sold immediately at prices that just don't pencil.  

Properties that appeal to our target segment typically range from $320,000 to $475,000.

I did not realize that such a huge segment of our society was like this.

On your question I think there is a segment of the population that prefers a driveable vacation. 

I think there will be ample opportunities in this segment as well as other asset classes with properties in the $1M-$10M range.
