Best Home Insurance?

Who thinks they have the best home insurance company/rates?

I'm shopping around for home insurance. Do the majority of you use internet services, or brick and mortar companies for home insurance? I'm buying real estate in Utah County/Salt Lake County, but I'm sure I can learn from your experience/POV.

@Quinn Eliason  if you get quotes from 1-2 direct writers (State Farm, Nationwide, etc) and a 3rd option from an independent agent who represents at least 20-30 companies, you will have enough options to get your property the best pricing and coverage.

The "Best" company changes from year to year, that is why most investors choose to work with an independent broker to manage their insurance program.
