Brian, I plan to use a resedential electric sub-meter such as E-Mon or Leviton which will allow me to bill the tenant for their actual usage, and a water submeter such as a Multi-jet.

I just had the electrical replaced and it took more time and cost more than anticipated because the Sheetrock had to be cut open , patched , re textured .

It has little knot holes, and has a lot of natural texture to it, so it definitely hides scratches, scars, etc.

TCAS  ( traffic avoidance like the big boys) JEpp plates on the 9 inch multi function display for instrument landings Emax for engine monitor ( as opposed to pulling he mixture until the engine ran rough ) TWAS  ground proximity warnings .. and really its like flying a little jet.
