Currently this is it:-meet-up EVERY month, first Thursday of the month, 7pm-same location each month-I find new speaker for each month, most local, our first out-of-town speaker is tonight (someone driving down from Albuquerque just for this!!

Now, keep in mind I have only pursued coaching/mentoring from 3-4 of those mentioned above and all but one of them was considerably more expensive than Chris' program and in all cases the founder/speaker/guru was not my actual coach/mentor and in all cases I did not have the possibility of connecting with the guru directly and personally.

lol I currently use an iPhone and the moment the text comes in i do not waste time looking at the property they looked at i click the phone number and call, put it on speaker, as i'm waiting i'm looking at the property and I take it from there.
