New to real estate in central AR

Hello all. My name is Chris and I'm new to the whole real estate investing. I always liked the idea but kept saying I didn't have the time or money. Now I'm saying I will find the time and the money. Still doing my research which is what lead me to this site. Working on my own plan learning from others ideas and how they worked things. I currently work full time as a travel Welder so trying to figure out the management side of things before moving forward.
