Which is also the types of properties I'm going to try to focus on, the ones that have the water, odor, mold damage that I can purchase in as-is condition.

Hello,In my duplex the units are connected such that the kitchen odors do flow from one unit to another inspite of the exhaust fans which exhausts outdoors.
