Introduction in Raleigh

Hi all,

long time (religious) listener of the podcasts and also a small time investor (have 5 doors split between Raleigh, NC and Danbury, CT).   At the end of 2020 I purchased a restoration franchise called AdvantaClean that services from Chapel Hill to Fayetteville, Sanford to Dunn which amongst other things specializes in Mold, Water Damage, and Duct Cleaning.   My goal with purchasing the restoration business was to get closer to forced appreciation units and use my own crews to do the mold/water/fire remediation work on destressed properties.

Looking forward to networking with other investors in the greater Raleigh area as either a contractor or to partner on deals, especially where I can use the advantage of restoration within my area of expertise.   If you are evaluating a property that looks to have water/mold damage and need advice or an opinion feel free to reach out.
