This is more of a light hearted story: When Epic Systems built their giant new campus in Verona, WI, they ended up not passing the fire inspection because the underground parking clearance was too low for the fire trucks and ground areas were not supported enough for a fully loaded firetruck to access parts of the building because of the surrounding marsh lands. 

Floral and Lassen, Meriam Park, the one by Marsh Jr High, Bruce and 20th, out by Degarmo Park etc.

NJ is a very unique state - it's kind of like 3 or 4 states in one:  south NJ - lots of sand, pine trees, and flatland marshes.. 

I’ve bought properties from wholesalers through this attorney, as well as through Harry Marsh Law (mail-away closing).I’m about to list 2 on my flips this week in Leland and Wallace, and I am looking for the next ones.
