Hello,

My name is Robert Marsh and I am a newbie when it comes to REI. I am currently a junior finance major at Temple University's Fox School of Business. I have wanted to be in the real estate industry for a while but until recently I had no idea that I could start making money RIGHT NOW! I have been researching REI for a week and I am ready to commit to some goals I have in REI. My goal is to create a substantial buyers list, understand how to find MOTIVATED sellers, and know the ins and outs of wholesaling by Christmas of this year. This is because my definite goal would be to close my first wholesaling deal by this Christmas!
